  • Unfortunately didn't have a good experience with them back in the fall when I had upstairs and downstairs halls and living space painted. This initial consultation was good and left me feeling like I made a great choice. They arrived on time - however not in uniforms and was told they would be. When I returned home - they were just finishing up. I found they had gone into my closet and used one of my ladders -- was shocked that they went through my home looking for one since I'm sure painters have ladders. There were paint spills on the sofa - a proper clean up or sweep up was clearly not done. There was paint in my kitchen sink from where they rinsed off the brushes I assume and my tea towels left wet and crumpled by the sink. I had plenty of paper towel all over and using my towels were never discussed. After going through the entire upstairs and downstairs halls -- clearly they didn't tape to make clean edges and a lot of spills and drips in the stairway and along baseboards. My silk curtains covering the sliding doors had been crumpled up and tied leaving horrible wrinkles that I had to steam out. Overall a poor job. The worse of it was the fact that my closets were gone through to look for a step ladder without permission - that left questions of what else they went through as I trusted these people and left them alone. I did call the rep - Kim the same day to express my concerns and complaints . I wanted to post this to warn anyone if looking for a clean job of professionals -- look elsewhere. This is not the company to use.
