  • My february review was filtered for reasons unknown to me. thought i would provide a march update. we left abbey for 6 nights this time. she again was returned clean, in great spirits and especially exhausted after extended play. it is hilarious watching her the first night after a stay...she cannot keep her eyes open. Thanks again urban dog! original review: I just picked Abbey up after 7 nights at Urban Dog. She has never looked better. We have been dealing with her shedding through the entire winter. After the shampoo, combing and (I couldn't believe it) she let manager Gene blow dry her ... WOW ... she looks like a show dog. She is happy, healthy and in great spirits post stay. Emil, Sara and their team of caring handlers have just been spectacular in taking care of Abbey in recent months while we were on extended trips. She got to be socialized yet had rest breaks appropriate for her age.
