  • I am not impressed with the new owners, AT ALL. The lady at the counter is always rude and abrasive to customers. Everything seems like a hassle to her. I have had the elderly lady do my acrylic fills twice. I want them SHORT, but she won't cut them short enough, even when I tell her, "more!" She kinda just slaps the stuff on, and boom, you are done. No attention to detail, no care about making the customer happy. The pedicures have been ok, nothing to write home about. I did have a young daughter do my nails once (I think maybe her name was Mimi?) and she did a great job, but I have only seen her in the salon the one time, unfortunately. I tried to give this place a fair shot, but clearly time to move on.
