Very welcoming staff at the front however once I got to the back not so much. New to this range however brought my own equipment. Walked in and spoke however the older gentlemen behind the counter didn't even budge. I know people can be hard of hearing...So I said hello sir. I'm here to sign in as a first time guest here thinking maybe he was on the phone or watching a video. He never greeted me only just pointed me to the tablets in the corner.
When it's your first time in a new facility, you want to feel welcomed and while I felt that up front. In the back range area, it was the opposite. But I'm a laid back guy so I just let it go and went to shoot. When I came out for a break and asked for advice because I'm still a fairly new shooter about 4 months or so. I simply asked if they had any pointers of how to get out of the 8's. They wouldn't tell me anything and directed me to take $30/$40 counseling session they give instead. So I choose to pass a learn on my own.
To conclude, if you're looking to just get a few rounds out at a pretty clean place with little interaction sure go ahead. However, if you're fairly new to shooting or you're like myself where you don't care whether a facility is clean & has the best prices or not but how they treat their customers, then I wouldn't waste my time. I'll still to driving 30 mins to point blank range where I've never had a bad experience over 15 min drive here. May give it another chance down the line but for now I'll pass.
