  • Have been trying to make an appointment for the last 2 hours. I have waited on hold as long as twenty minutes before I hung up. All phone numbers lead to the same recording that no one ever picks up. Tried on line, their system cannot match my name and date of birth info with their records. This medical group might as well be closed and hang the out-of -business sign on the door. I tried to send them an email but their security code covers up the submit box on the web page. I have given up.
