  • Ideal lunch at Dotty's in downtown Madison: Spotted Cow with fried cheese curds (only in Wisconsin!) followed by English Garlic sauce burger with chili cheese fries. After that, you might as well go home because you're certainly not getting anything done at the office anymore. Pretty good burgers (buns are too small), great tap beer selection, and fantastic chili cheese fries.
