  • The only regret I have is that I did not call Nick sooner! He and Alan returned my call quickly and came out the next day. They are very knowledgeable and helpful. He located the problem as being the control box was shot. He actually talked me into getting a cheaper one that had all the bells and whistles of the more expensive one. That way, I would not be paying for stuff I did not need. He works very efficiently, but, at the same time, he gave me as much time as I needed. I recommend him wholeheartedly!
