I have been here for several transactions, mostly dealing with the cdl side and inspections in the back with the officers. Almost all individuals working these areas are very nice, helpful and efficient. All but ONE of the officers performing the inspections. I will not mention his name but I'm pretty sure that anyone who goes here often is familiar with this individual.He takes at least DOUBLE the time to perform any of his duties as all the others and it seems is always out to try to cause havoc to any individual that he can, nit-picking at everything and half the time he's wrong and ends up wasting time and money. Their time and ours, resulting in money all the way around. I'm not sure what his motive or strategy is, but it's sad to see and hear this employee do this on a constant basis. You'd think there was a supervisor or something who could check on these officers' efficiency especially when there is always such a large volume of individuals/CUSTOMERS (because we do PAY for these services), you'd think the goal here would be to be efficient. :/
