  • This place is a joke and it is amazing that their incompetence is seemingly rewarded. They consistently lose or misdeliver mail, sometimes it is 7:00 PM or later before we get mail, and the workers are some of the rudest you will encounter. Recently they were caught in a lie about delivering a package. When confronted they finally admitted they delivered to the wrong address and for the next 3 days did nothing but give me the run around and continually lie. In their mind I have no right to compensation due to their negligence and when I commented I would come down to resolve this the women claimed I threatened her. When I asked how coming there to resolve this was a threat she claimed I threatened a federal employee. When I asked was it ok for a federal employee to continually lie and deceive she hung up the phone. Avoid this place like the plague!
