I had planned to give this place a one-star rating. They began by losing the detachable collar on one of my shirts. Then the situation worsened when the owner (Mark, Senior) proved to be remarkably rude and unprofessional about the loss.
Happily for all involved, Mark, Junior took over the investigation and proved to be far more professional and courteous than Mark, Senior. Following a search for the lost article, Mark, Junior promptly sent me a check reimbursing me for the item.
