| - Whatever you do, I highly suggest that you do NOT hire Rodney Krenz who now works as a realtor for West USA Realty! In my honest opinion, he is truly the most unethical, low life person I have EVER met in my entire life... I am his ex wife and not only did he mentally and physically abuse me and my children for years, he also completely played the bankruptcy court system. I recently submitted paperwork to the court proving how he lied and defrauded all of his creditors out the money he owes them. I also submitted proof to the bankruptcy court showing that he fraudulently purchased a home in his sister's name while under an active Chapter 13 Bankruptcy. On top of that, being the kind of "man" he is, Rodney Krenz then also decided to add the $100,000.00 loan that he begged me to take out for him back in 2007 (when we were married) into his Chapter 13 bankruptcy exactly TWO WEEKS after our divorce was final just so he wouldn't have to pay the loan back I graciously, and stupidly took out for him, and he deliberately did this so that I would be left stuck paying it back for him. Great guy, eh? And because we have a complete joke of a judicial system, he got away with it ALL! He now owns the business that I lent him the money to purchase, he got to keep his FIVE rental homes, as well as the home he put in his sister's name to hide it from the bankruptcy court, and to top it off, the bankruptcy court wiped out all his debt and he is now completely debt-free... (Isn't it crazy how the bankruptcy court will allow someone to keep FIVE rental houses and yet turn around and wipe out all the debt they legitimately owe to all of their creditors? Completely UNBELIEVABLE!) In my opinion, as well as everyone else's, Rodney Krenz 100% completely played the system and screwed over all of his creditors due to loopholes in our joke of a judicial system and as a result, he now enjoys going on week long vacations up to 4 to 6 times a year while I am stuck paying HIS exorbitant loan back for him even though I never received a dime of the money. I would highly, highly, HIGHLY recommend anyone considering hiring him for ANYTHING, (especially buying a home or letting him manage your property) to reconsider. He is the most unethical, immoral, evil, person I've ever met! Good people do NOT do those kinds of things to other people! I truly can't believe he can even look at himself in the mirror everyday. Bottom line, if you are looking for a home, you need to RUN FAR, FAR AWAY from this guy and find a different realtor with character, ethics, morals and integrity! Just Google his name, you'll see what I mean...
