  • The worst customer service I have ever received! I was told to go look at this community for a 1 bedroom apartment and so I did. The community was perfect and overall nice and clean. The only problem was actually the office lady showing me the apartment! Gracie, was her name! She has the worst attitude and when asking questions about the community she made me feel unwelcome. She also had the nerve to answer by saying "Oh my god" when all I was asking for was better clarification on their prices and if I could have a day to think about it. She does not have patience and I could only imagine how it would be living there and requesting any maintenance work with her in the office. It's upsetting to know that they are losing future residents due to this ladies' attitude problem.
