  • Worst of all SPG' and here are the reasons : 1. Inefficient front desk management and poor staff utilization - you could spend hours waiting for your need because they didn't listen to what you want - the first time. I wanted a room with a very good view of the city and I repeatedly made this clear at the front desk. They assured me the same and gave me a room which was facing the opposite side. Eventually I had to spend an hour to get a better room. 2. The television in my room was disconnected 3. The internet did not work on the first night and I had to spend an hour with their IT team when they later admitted next day that the problem was generic and not just for me. 4. The internet on the later days of no better - they dragged from one page to the other. I would definitely recommend Westin you are a hardcore SPG fan
