  • My son is about to have a procedure to remove warts. I received an appointment text reminder for today. We went to the appointment thinking he was going to have the procedure. Paid the $50 co-pay, and proceeded to wait. Dr Kuruvilla comes in and says that the test results haven't came in yet so we need to wait further. So I was told to come in the office, pay $50, to be told that we can't do the procedure yet. Something a freaking phone call could have accomplished. Thanks for charging $50 for nothing!!!!!!!
