  • I was going to call in a prescription refill, and was on hold for 10 minutes. So thinking they may have forgot I just tried calling them again. The second time I got an answer, and with telling the tech I needed to call in a refill she immediately put me on hold without telling me. I do not appreciate taking time out of my day to be put on hold just to refill a prescription. Currently on hold going on 15 minutes now.
