BAD EXPERIENCE! HELL NO! Don't shop here! Bought a spin bike. Defective parts. Fairly new. Repair company takes three weeks and shows with no part even though I sent them photos
So they want to charge me for two service charges so they can come back with the part? Hell no! There are only a few parts? Poor customer service. Spoke with owner. He won't resolve.
Says that is a different company? Passes the buck.
So bill me twice for two service calls for your defective part? Serious flawed system.
I suggest you go elsewhere where they actually care about their customers. I won't be back ever and promise to tell everyone I know. In a world of social media, you'd think people would like to maintain a good reputation and do the right thing because it gets around. They don't care so neither do I. There are lot of other companies out there. It's not the repair company fault but I also paid Fitness depot for delivery and setup. Why can't they just have the setup guy bring the wheel and replace it? I'll tell you why. Because that would be too easy and make too much sense for a senseless company. FAIL!
