  • Most bike shops do not have people suited for customer service, *but this one does!* I called to get pricing, ask about their services offered, and an approximate of how long it would take. -*Much to my surprise*, after calling multiple shops around the area, Cycle Sport & Fitness actually gave me answers (with the obligatory 'without actually seeing it, we can't say for sure'). This kind of service over the phone is what brought me in. Upon opening the door, three gentlemen were in the shop and all of them offered to help me bring my bike in! This kind of service made me relax and not regret my decision to come there. Then Max showed me and my bike to the back as I proceeded to shove parts of my bike at him and into his hands! Lol! He put my bike up, and back together with a grace I did not have while taking it apart! He asked if I had a piece (a spring) I was missing and helped me find a new one. He did a thorough job of inspecting my bike in front of me at that moment, in preparation for a tour I have next weekend. Checked to see if I needed oil, filled my air up on my wheels and told me honestly, you don't need a thing! I asked how much do I owe you? Guess how much! NOTHING! I HIGHLY recommend this shop! Can't all places be honest and awesome like this shop!?!?!?! Ask for Max! They've got a gem with that employee! With this kind of service, they found a lifetime customer!
