  • I would give this place 0 stars if I could. My dogs were treated here for years by Dr. Weaver. We have since moved out of state but continue to purchase their ear cleaning solution and have it shipped to our new home. I called today to request a new shipment and was told that because my dogs haven't been seen in awhile, they were unable to fill the request. I asked to speak to Dr. Weaver, since we have been ordering this product for several years, it is not a prescription, just an ear cleaning solution, and should not be a problem. I was told Dr. Weaver no longer works here and then the receptionist HUNG UP ON ME. EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL, POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.
