rev:text	I lived in Arizona long enough to have only one Pap smear at this office. When I called today to get my records sent to my New York doctor, the receptionist was extremely rude and short. Her demeanor was super unprofessional. Like I was burdening her with my phone call... This is your actual job. If you don't like it, do something else. To obtain my own records (one visit) it's $35. In addition to the fee, I have to find the form on their website and fax it to them. Who has a home fax machine in 2017? To avoid that fee, I have to go to my new doctor's office (ahead of my scheduled appointment) and sign a form so that they can request the records on my behalf. My actual appointment in 2016 wasn't anything to rave about. NOT accommodating, NOT nice about being unaccommodating. Pretty much the worst of both worlds. Judging from the other reviews, they have other unsatisfied patients.
