Mr. David Watts, thank you for turning my car buying experience from a nightmare to a dream. I financed and drove off with my vehicle 4/1/2017. Today 6/1/2017 I am just now in the process of receiving tags as the process has finally been completed. Joe and Nicolette completely forgot about my car deal and me. I drove a car for almost 2 months without closing on transaction. Instead of apologizing and providing resolution ultimately through deceit blame was put on me. I have a masters degree but that did not teach me how buying process is done. Came to a point after finally getting the unpleasant surprising news I was told to bring car back. No deal. A vehicle I was approved for and wanted. I'm at Toyota had someone follow me as I was to turn in vehicle. I saw Mr. Watts. HE WAS THE FIRST PERSON WHO LISTENED TO MY ISSUE. TREATED ME LIKE A HUMAN BEING. WAS AS PROFESSIONAL AND COURTEOUS JUST LIKE THE COMMERCIAL SAYS OUR EXPERIENCE WILL BE. David listened about my ordeal and communicated to Nate, thanks Nate!! Through COMMINICATION these 2 young men helped me to finally seal the deal. No more 2 buses leaving 2 hours early to go to work!!
