  • Overall my move went okay. It was a very stressful time for me, and I had a ton on my mind so I wasn't paying attention as thoroughly as I should have been and that backfired for me. I think they took advantage of the fact that I was in a vulnerable state. The main thing I had an issue with was the cost. For 3 hours, I spent over 900 dollars!! I have moved many times in my life, and most moves took much longer and cost me less. They charged me 15 dollars for each wardrobe box even though I returned them to them in perfect condition. They charged me from 8:50 AM (even though they didn't start until 9AM) and charged me until 12:50 PM (even though they stopped at noon). We called to complain, but they came up with some BS answer that they had to charge for the whole hour. So, they didn't start until 9, but I got charged for the 8:00 hour, and they stopped at noon, and I got charged for the 12:00 hour. Seems very convenient! The movers were nice and attentive. The move went from 9:00 to 12:00. I didn't have much of a chance to prepare for the move due to certain circumstances, but it still should have gone smoothly. I had 3 men helping me and one many was in charge of helping pack my kitchen, which they did a good job at. They used their own materials, but my kitchen was on the smaller side. They did forget one whole cabinet. Unfortunately, even though the movers were good, I will not use them again due to the cost and the sneakiness associated with it. I wish I could have received a refund of 1 hour (AT LEAST)and the wardrobe boxes but they wouldn't do that for me!!
