So freaking ghetto. It's presented nice but you don't really realize how crap-tacular it is until you start going to other theme parks. Now I'm not expecting the magic kingdom, but places like Busch Gardens in Virginia, Dollywood in Tennessee and Hershey park put Kennywood to shame.
Season pass holders are only allowed to use 2 of the 12 entry lines but people with single day tickets are allowed to use the season pass line.
You have to wait ten minutes in line even if you only want a drink refill. In Dollywood they have self serve drink stations like you see in fast food restaurants. You can only buy souvenir cups at the park and you just refill them whenever.
4 or 5 rides are always closed.
You can get in a 10:15 with a premium season pass but the rides don't start opening until 11. That's the dumbest thing ever. What benefit is there to getting in early when nothing is open.
For the price of a season pass, it'll serve the purpose because of the decent kiddy land but once my kid is around ten we'll just takes trips to Hershey, Cedar point or Busch Gardens.
