  • Went in for a consultation to speak with Michael. Had my friend and I waiting for over an hour in the waiting room, because my mother in law showed up to talk to him. Being that I am partly responsible for paying for this, I figured I'd be important enough to speak with him. I told his assistant I was the one that made the appointment and she still had me waiting. After an hour, my mother in law walks out and his assistant tells me he doesn't need to speak with me right now? Seriously? I just waited for over an hour after making an appointment and he didn't even have to decency to even talk to me face to face. Very bad experience. Would never recommend to someone looking for help.
