I was so angry after dining at Barmasa last night!! Yes, it's definitely overpriced, but we expected excellent service. We didn't get it. Here I was with my 2 year old, and I needed to know how big the portions would be to be able to know how many dishes I needed to order. When I asked the waiter, he gave me a weird look and said that we were in a high-end restaurant and that they only serve small portions blah blah blah...So I didn't know how much to order. Just tell me how small your portions would be. That's all I need to know. I don't need your insulting lecture!
But there's more. In the middle of my meal, both my daughter and my napkin were dirty. I asked the waiter if he could give me two new napkins. He wouldn't take away my dirty napkins though. Instead, he wanted me to put my dirty napkins on his tray. He acted like he was afraid to touch our napkins. Are you kidding me? He claimed how high-end his restaurant is, but I had to clear my own napkins! That's just horrible. I don't think it's worth spending top dollar to have such a terrible dining experience. I don't even remember what I ate last night even after we ended up spending over $200! I have only bad memories left.
