We stayed at the Waldorf for a conference and ended up eating at Frank and Alberts several times. First: if you have a Gluten Allergy, the place is AWESOME. They have great gluten free bread and pizza crust. The staff is wonderful and the food is very, very good. You can eat inside or out which this time of the year is a nice bonus! If you go, get Ines (pronounced E-nes) to make you a chocolate mocha! They are as divine as her service!!! Overall, A+!!!
