  • Worst customer service EVER!! Every employee is Rude and Condescending. It's obvious they do not need your business nor want the revenue. This is the only camera shop in town - and they know it. They have limited stock and supplies, over-priced generic accessories, then full list price on name brand products - NO returns policy and you feel like you're always inconveniencing them. I keep trying to do business with this company but it's clear they're not interested in customers. This business should close once and for all and a professional camera store should open in its place. On one occasion I was looking at a $400 tripod head about five minutes before they closed and they asked me to leave, on another visit I asked about their 120 film stock and I got a blank stare, like I was nuts. And too many more incidents to list. I'm done. The lack of pride in ownership is reflected in their employees. You will get better service from a random website.
