I don't trust them at all-- be doubtful of what they recommend. I took my car in for my state inspection (which was quick, they handled it in an organized fashion). But when I picked it up, they said my rear brake pads and rotors needed replaced, that they were "on their last legs." I decided not to have them replaced then, and a few weeks later took my car into Firestone. They told me my rear brake pads and rotors were fine, they had over 50% left, and that they'd be a liar if they told me to get them replaced. Later I was telling a friend about this, and he said they'd done the same to him--said something was wrong, pushed it, but when he took it somewhere else, there was no problem!
