  • I went for an initial consultation this morning, and was excited to get my surgery done here. However, it is impossible to reach the office and I am getting the run around by multiple agents from their central call centre and no one can connect me locally to schedule my actual surgery. I have been hung up on multiple times. Very very disappointed.
