  • Food Truck Friday at Park West and we stopped at this food truck and was excited for some tasty dumplings but come to find out this truck was a waste of money. Food was awful just awful! We tried the egg roll which was reheated on the grill it seemed like. It wasn't good at all. We tried the pork shumai and it came with rice and seaweed salad. Pork shumai also seemed reheated on the grill and not good, rice was also bad. It was mushy and the seaweed salad was disgusting. It had me spitting it out in the bushes. So gross and I like seaweed salad. The back door if the truck was opened so while waiting we looked in and saw they used frozen dumplings you could buy at Costco. That I do sometimes buy at Costco. High prices for items you can get in bulk cheaper and reheat better than they did. Waited a bit for food and it wasn't hot it was just lukewarm. Very disappointing!!
