  • I came here twice, the first for hard gel nails and the second, for eyelash extensions. Ivy applied the hard gel like she was applying gel nail polish, with three coats, and curing them in between each one. I honestly had never had them done like that before, but because she spoke so highly of herself and her experience, I figured it would be alright. Nonetheless, in a little over a week, all my nails lifted, not at the nail bed, but at the tip. Now for the lashes, they looked great, but they hurt, a lot. Mind you, I wanted individual lashes, instead I'm not so sure what she put on, clusters of two lashes, maybe? Anyway, she ended up gluing my own lashes to each other on top of putting on the extensions. So instead of one eyelash to one extension, it was three of my own eyelashes to six extensions all glued together in a bunch, which made my eyelids feel tight and pulled. I have since gone elsewhere for a new set of nails and have had the eyelash extensions she applied removed. I think Ivy and her husband are wonderful people and wish them much luck, but the quality of service I received was shoddy at best.
