  • WAS a happy SolarCity customer for 9 years. Sold our house and transferred the lease to the new buyer in May 2016. SolarCity proceeded to pull 2 (!) payments out on the same day in June...for?? They screwed me over by taking several unauthorized payments out of my bank account and refusing to refund them. Even with a signed agreement, they still won't refund me. Really too bad. Now I wouldn't recommend them to anyone! If you transfer your lease make sure to call your bank and block any further payments from SolarCity. Sad that that is required from this public company.
