  • Worst hospital in the valley. I brought my wife in to emergency room with severe pain in her stomach early Sat morning. They took her blood pressure. the reading they gave was false 100/45 she has history of high blood pressure and she was in severe pain so she knew it was higher..After that we were brought into a room where we waited for at least an hour. Then the nurse came in. Her name is Rebecca.She had an attitude right from the start. Un caring.Non professional. She didn't even ask about my wife's pain level. Just said we'll wait for the doctor. I asked if she wanted to see my wife's meds she was taking as she had brought them with her and she rudely said no only if she's admitted and that's not likely. Then she left and was gone for a long time with my wife's pain getting worse in her side I went and found her and told her my wife's pain was worse. She told her she thought it was appendicitis.Rebecca said without even touching her stomach. Your appendix is down there not up there it's prob just gas.Then she left to return much later to basically to make assumptions that my wife came to the hospital just to get pain meds. My wife has a long history of chronic pain and she is prescribed pain meds she needs by her pain management.Rebecca you shouldn't be in the health care profession.Not every one that comes into your facility is a crack head and just wants drugs.I brought my wife in for help and she received nothing but rude treatment and accusations.I asked repeatedly to talk to the charge nurse and they never sent her over. That's OK though because we will never ever come to this sorry excuse for a hospital.All the bad reviews for this place is true. Don't go to abrazo central unless you want to be treated like a druggie and shoved out door without any help.
