  • If you want to be treated like a drug seeking junkie--this is the place to go. I was leaving for the summer so I requested my records to take with me. In reading them I found MANY false statements made by Daltry Tyree. She is a cold, uncaring person whio sits across the room with her laptop making snide remarks. She was supposed to order an MRI of my hip but never did it, then said I was a "poor historian" because I hadn't followed up. You can't just walk in the imaging center and get an MRI with no orders!!! As she was walking out the door she says we're reducing your med. when I asked why she said "that's our plan". Her plan apparently, not mine. She needs to get a new career as she is obviously burned out on this one!
