  • How have I not tried Surco's food truck before today? The gorgeous weather beckoned my hubs and I to grab lunch and sit on the terrace today. He had the lomo saltado (steak) sandwich which was served in a bread bowl. The perfectly marinated meat was topped with fried onion, lettuce, cheese and avocado. It was a whole lot of messy goodness. I had the tacu tacu which was this fantastic rice and beans concoction with a savory sauce. The accompanying lettuce and avocado had a light passion fruit vinaigrette dressing. The flavors melded together well. Thanks, Surco!
