  • Foie gras - good but not great, as a whole dish it's average Oysters - small but delicious, super fresh, clean. 3 for $9 Pork belly - solid dish. Very tender, everything was fresh and well balanced Tuna ceviche - lame. It's all tomato, definitely not worth $14 because of the lack of tuna, taro chips were stale and poorly fried as they weren't flat as they should be Feature Caesar salad - lame. I make better at home, drunk Bison tartar - tartar was nice, slightly bland, sesame aoli was nice and flavorful but there isn't enough for the amount of tartar. Once again taro chips suck Go to grand electric for tacos. Salt is stale.
