  • What would it take for this place to be cool? This place just does not have the cachet of the Griffin or Beauty Bar, which is unusual because you see the same tattooed, skinny jeans set here as at those much cooler, more heralded establishments. Thunderbird Lounge is big and spacious, though maybe because it's usually completely empty. There is a dirty pool table in back. I did see an awesome band there called the Ferocious Few, who everyone should check out if they want to be cool and know what the kids are listening to these days.
