  • Can't help if you're in a two story building or taller?! Based on the initial phone call, I really wanted to be impressed. However, after several days waiting for my appointment and being told to shut off my A/C that morning so it could thaw (which was appropriate), I sat in my hot house only to receive a call from the company saying they were at my complex, but don't have a ladder for a two story building. Ever. I was dumbfounded and frustrated. Please ask folks when they book the appointment, so both parties don't waste time! Or get a taller ladder...
