  • I usually deal with Lexus of Henderson and I must say I'm glad I made the switch to get my car. In Henderson they don't even have capable salespeople anymore. No help at all. You want one thing but they show you something else. Worst of all is when we finally got negotiations going and then after the end of it all they tell me they don't have that car. You didn't know that for the 2 hours we were talking. I kept trying to go see the car and they would ignore the fact you wanted to see the car you want to buy. Ridiculous! I called Lexus of Las Vegas the same day and told them what I was looking for. Don Turner (best representative and salesman I've met at a car dealership) has made me a customer for life with his service. He had everything out for us when I arrived and it was the smoothest car deal I've had to make. Literally closed within 2 hours. No back and forth. I wanted a price and he got it done. He's upbeat and friendly and not the cocky salesperson type working at most high end dealerships, including Lexus of henderson now. I can see why he has received so many salesman of the year awards. I got what I was looking for and for the price I was looking for. Even though it's around a 40 minute drive there I will always try at Lexus of Las Vegas first. Lexus of Henderson lost a customer today which is sad since I have a car from them already but service is king in that type of business. Yes the cars are amazing but they have to realize they aren't the only dealership in town with that car.
