  • Ok I hardly ever review but I wanted to take the time to tell you busy people out there how nice it is to hire a company who is professional and knowledgeable. The food was great .. I was really skeptical on the goat cheese fig quesadilla (weird I know) it was great. The sauces are amazing. You may not know this but they had a Phoenix restaurant for years then closed it and went into catering. What I loved most, Lori's input :) she really jumps in to give her opinion so you can balance everything out. Strong company husband and wife with great personalities and a strong work ethic.
