| - their main priority is having a high turnover of customers, and it shows through their lack of care on your nails.
not going to deny that i was very entertained with my nail technician. she was funny, kept the conversation going, and did whatever i wanted to my nails. so what was wrong? here's a list of the bad:
1. on several of my nails, the polish doesn't start at the cuticle, therefore, it'll show must faster and won't last as long. i thought it was standard to start the polish at the cuticle and if it was one nail, i'd let it go, but no, it's on 4-5 of my nails.
2. i had to file 3 of my nails after i came home, and not because it's uneven, it's because she left hangnails or polish on the sides and it was poking me or scratching at me. it would also get caught in my clothes. how can you just not make sure the nails are filed correctly without sharp hang nails on the side?
3. if you look on the sides of my nails, the polish doesn't even cover the whole nail. on 3 of my nails, it's like she forgot to put polish there.
honestly, the manager/owner is just dictating people in and out of the salon. they are more concerned with getting the next customer in the chair and overcharging for their lack of care and attention to your nails. i will not be back.
