  • I don't think I will be going back to this place. I normally don't post however I feel it is necessary in this case. Folks have commented on the credit card processing fee which I can deal with. I can even deal with the wait for the food and drinks with only 4 employees working at this stall (nearly 15 mins), however, I can't condone first forgetting the churros I ordered which I had to remind them and then when I get them they are cold. Then when the new churros were given again with the explanation that their machine has not been working properly and they were either cold and slightly burnt on the outside..how you manage to do that I don't know..(perhaps they just reheated the previous churros they had given me) I find it necessary to post. After complaining about and suggesting that they look into their machine again it was only half hearted apology. If you know the machine isn't working properly why sell the churros??? I guess to try and make $8.50 off a tourist and not realize the impression you are leaving upon them. Perhaps they thought I was a tourist and it wouldn't matter but unfortunately I am a local. They were several customers in front of me that had complained in regards to the time it took to get their orders and they only had 1 drink. This location inside the Fashion Show Mall needs some serious process improvements and implementation on how to work efficiently with the employees they have hired and how to deal properly when a complaint is brought to their attention in regards to food that is being served. The vanilla boba was sub-par and not very good and ended being thrown out. The only good thing was the ice cream which was practically eaten before even getting the sub-par churros that were cold or slightly burnt. If you are going to get anything from this place please stick with their already prepped stick items. It will be faster and hopefully tastier than the items I had chosen and was served. It was definitely $33.42 that I wasted instead of enjoyed!
