  • Summary: Crime, Inconsistent information, and not worth it. Upon the arrival of our move out date, we asked the office about the wall mounts and what we should do about the holes. They told us to "just patch it up, you don't have to paint it", so we did. Fast forward 2 months later after we leave the complex, they charged us $100 for the need to paint the wall. Inconsistent much? Additionally, we MADE sure that we had cleaned EVERY. INCH. of our apartment unit, yet we were STILL charged fees because we "did not clean" enough. Did I mention that someone got jumped and assaulted outside of our window? I'm pretty sure that they tried to cover up a loophole and forced us to stay instead of worrying about the occupants' safety. Well, not a surprise, since we had crimes (e.g. Gunshots, drugs, etc) occurs nightly. As much as I LOVE the location in context of Tempe/ASU, it is not worth fearing for your safety every night to live here.
