  • This review is long overdue. Sorry, Brian! I had just purchased a used car and wasn't happy with the swirlmarks on it. I wanted a fresh start and so I seeked out a reputable detailer. I sent several quote requests from multiple detailers. Brian immediately responded to me and said he could see me the very next day. I met him and he gave me a quote for interior and exterior. I accepted it and was happy with his customer service skills, his knowledge in auto detailing, the price, and the fact that he did not belittle any of his other competitors. In fact, he complimented them when I brought up their names and who else I got quotes from. I knew I could trust him. Brian kept me updated with the process by posting my car on his social media pages. It was great!! I picked up my car and was so happy with the results. There was a tiny muddy spot on the vents where the gas pedal was and I was hoping they didn't overlook it and they did not! It was spotless inside and out. The day after I picked up my car, I noticed white lines that appeared like scratches on the side of the car that wouldn't come off. I contacted Brian and he said to being it in after I got off work and he would take a look at it. I did and he fixed it right away. Turned out it was just wax that they had missed. Before I left, he gave me some tips on how to maintain my car and a sample bottle to restore the black trims on my car if it ever looses its color. Brian is the best. I've been telling all my friends and family about him and Exclusive Detail. You won't regret it!
