  • Suzanna at Hertz (Las Vegas airport) was great. I was done in less than 10 minutes without a reservation. I walked accross the lobby from Dollar, who screwed up my reservation and treated me very poorly. It was nice to be treated like a customer by Suzanna. Return was very easy and a receipt was printed in the lot upon return. I am very happy with HERTZ and I will be using them for all of my future car rental needs.
