  • The new employee working the drive thru this morning around 6:40am is aweful. The drive thru was backed up all the way into the parking lot. No cars moved for almost 10 minutes. When I finally made it to the window she took an order from the car that was at the speaker and walked away and started chatting with a barista. I was never acknowledged. She then started preparing a drink. There were prepared drinks lined up at the drive thru. One of which was mine. After waiting several minutes without any assistance. I left without my drink since I was going to be late for work. Almost 20 minutes waiting in the drive thru and still no coffee. The other staff I have previously dealt with at this location have been great. I don't know what was up with her. I won't be going to this location in the morning anymore.
