You can't beat this location for the price! My friends have stayed here for a couple years for EDC weekend and we just were there this past weekend as well. This place has done some major upgrades and they shine through! We had 5 people in a one bedroom- a king bed, a pullout couch, and someone on an air mattress. The room is spacious and definitely allows for extras and wiggle room. The room has high end small appliances- the blender and the toaster we're quality brand name, which is a nice touch consider other condos usually have bottom of the barrels extra kitchen stuff if any at all. My only problem with his place is the miscommunication with the staff. Half our party arrived at 2 am and were told the person with the reservation would need to come down in the AM so they could make a physical copy of the card. We awoke and made the long trek to the office in 116 degrees for them to tell us they didn't need us to do that and it was a mistake. On our third day I attempted to contact housekeeping several times to no avail, I called the front desk and told them we needed toilet paper, they said they would send some but no one ever arrived. Our last night we called at 5 am to ask if late check out was available, we were told to call back at 7 to let the new staff know and then we woke up to call they told us that wasn't an option - overall pretty frustrating but other aspects made up for it. The pool area is pretty stellar and can accommodate several large parties. Our bathroom was also up to "Las Vegas" standards with a light up wall mounted magnify mirror and granite counter tops. Close to Hooters, and other casinos is gambling is your thing and a 5-8 minute walk to the Las Vegas Village area for concerts and events. Would recommend and stay again
