rev:text	Had the most terrible experience here today. I had gotten a gift card from a friend for a massage from this company. This was the location that was closest to my place so I set up an appointment for the Sunday morning before my birthday. I called for an appointment on the Friday night and the receptionist who took my call asked me for the gift card information and number which I provided him and he told me that my appointment was booked and let me know that there was $100 on the gift card and that because a massage was 100+tax that I would need to pay for the tax on the day of, which I was fine with. On the day of my massage, they asked for the gift card before my appointment which I gave to them and then after my massage when I went to pay for the remaining amount they said that there was a zero balance on the gift card. They kept me waiting around at the desk for almost half an hour after my massage trying to figure out why there was no value on the card - the receptionist also took two calls for appointments during this time which lasted about 5 minutes each while I had to stand there and wait. I finally just said that I wasn't going to waste anymore of my time waiting around for this and told them to bill the full amount to my credit card. I think I was either scammed by this place because the receptionist from the Friday night said that there was a $100 balance on the card and then magically there wasn't on the Sunday OR the people who work at this location don't know how to do their jobs. Either way, what should have been a relaxing experience turned out to be a really stressful one and my morning was ruined. The staff did nothing to mitigate the stress of this experience - especially since none of this was my fault and I was supposed to be enjoying a gift. All the receptionist did was to tell me to come and look at the zero balance on her screen which I didn't really understand why that would help matters. I would never return here - there are too many other good places in the neighborhood that actually value the experience of their customers.
