  • Wow! What a waste of time. All I needed was an oil change and after waiting for my car for 30 minutes, I was called to the counter to be told that they did not have an oil filter for my 2013 Jeep Grand Cherokee so did I want to change my oil and come back for the filter later that week. hmmmm...yeah, no. I am a busy person and do not have that kind of free time for nonsense. How difficult would it have been to have some drive to a parts store and get a filter real quick? How difficult is it to stock common auto filters? No apology. No discount or future car wash was offered. Jackson's has lost my business forever. This was a big miss on their part.
