  • The office is incompetent! I was a new patient to their practice and made an appointment to see Dr. Martin who is a D.O. When I made the appointment I was very specific about who the appointment was to be with and I had to wait over 1 month to see her and when I get to the exam room I find out that they had me scheduled with their PA named Jeremy. I was upset that they made an error in the appointment and stated I had originally wanted to see a doctor but before I could say anything about keeping the appointment with the PA or seeing if they could accommodate me I was kicked out of the exam room by Jeremy the PA and told to reschedule my appointment. I was not rude, nor was I yelling at anyone. This is not how to treat patients new or established! I will never return to this office and NOT refer anyone to this practice. I have nothing to say regarding Dr. Martin as I did not get a chance to be seen by her.
