You can taste the history and the love of Di Fara Pizza in Brooklyn. That same history and love is NOT here. I visited Brooklyn last week and went to the famous Di Fara. When I was there, Dom de Marco himself was putting the pies together. That was just amazing.
Here in Las Vegas, the crust is missing the love. It's thicker and chewy and tastes like any pizzatown USA. For food court pizza, it's ok. It's the only choice you have for pizza. The toppings are good though. That's why the 3 stars and not 2. What makes the pizza though is the right amount of toppings with the world famous crust and this pizza doesn't hit that mark.
